Yeah, had a similar experience. Took Wellbutrin alone and had energy and tiredness/brain fog at the same time... was weird. Then tried Ritalin, was awake and less impulsive, but not more energy. Together with Wellbutrin it was much better; less brain fog/tiredness, but focus still lacking. Now trying Wellbutrin and Vyvanse which I like, since it also gives focus, but I may need to go up to 70mg instead of 50.

03 years fighting invisible battles. Countless Diseases that appeared + 2 already existing syndromes. Then, I get corona… went to isolation. This time I had already ordered the coffin haha, I didn't think I would come back anymore. And I'm not back?! I came back to still enjoy dancing my flashbacks! 👻🐌🐒

POV: me on my one more self-care-trip this year. Because therapy costs around 150 bucks per hour. And a ticket to Italy is only 30€. “Sometimes a bit less.”

I take 300 mg of bupropion ( Wellbutrin) and vyvanse 30mg

It's good to hear that i'm not the only one who can't find a medicine that works, but i'm sorry you can't find anything :( I've tried a couple of meds, Ritalin gave me a insane headache no matter the dose. Wellbutrin made me really depressed with no positive effects. Aduvanz/Vyvanse helps me a lot with concentration and focus, but i get hyperfocused and feel a little high even on 30mg, it also makes me couch-locked. Still i have never had any focus so i love that part of Aduvanz/Vyvanse, but my social-life has died and i have pretty much just been stuck at home (Don't have any work)

I was on Wellbutrin 100 or 200 SR for YEARS seemed ok. Didn't help ADHD or my anxiety tho. I upped it to 200sr twice a day for a few months. Probably too much and not helpful only anxiety ADHD bad. Later Vyvanse 40mg for ADHD & also for binge eating. I stopped the Wellbutrin myself bc the fear my anxiety of seratonin syndrome. I titrated myself off. No problems. Months later fedback I'm less loving, distant anxiety is worse, Vyvanse euphoria up and down crashes hyperfocal on not important things blah blah blah... So I self experiment took Vyvanse 40mg with one of my Sr 200mg Wellbutrins. How odd I feel even, no overtly euphoria when Vyvanse, loving happy energy and working smarter not harder to do things that felt unachievable. My anxiety is down... Only been a few days(so might be a honeymoon effect) but idk I feel like this is magic for me... Only long term will tell tho.

pure hell when you stop pure hell.2 stimulants together is insane. I am 2 weeks off of wellbutrin and I am in horrible shape I am considering getting off Vyvanse as well. It worked great for me for a few months than everything changed. high blood pressure, insomnia, and constant mental anguish.

I been taking 20mg of Vyvanse for about a week now , And for some reason I feel very tired with no energy.

I had tried every single ADHD medication out there . The way you. Described how you feel About not accomplish anything is the way I feel . I started Vyvanse for the second time yesterday on a 20 mg. I will not lose hope that I can have that type of experience you are having . Please keep us posted :)

I can't tell you how comforting it is to find someone talking about fewling tired while on Vyvanse. It seems there are countless videos on youtube talking about how wonderful they feel on this medication, and it's been very frustrating for me. Unlike you, I also have binge eating disorder, on top of the ADHD. It appears when some people fidget, I just eat without even recognizing what Im doing. So the one thing I LOVE about Vyvanse is how calm I feel around food, and that I can finally plan my meals and eat mindfully. But then I had to stop the medication due to severe headaches. Now I'm trying to take it again, but start at a lower dose and slowly increase it. I'm hopeful. I'm 51 and was just diagnosed. I don't want to miss out on the other half of my life. Hope you’ve been doing better! I’m on Wellbutrin and adderall and I’m now switching to vyvanse instead of addy.

Today I saw a video about FDA approval of a medication called Auvelity, which is just a mix of 45 mg Dextromethorphan HBr (Robitussin gel caps) and 105 mg Wellbutrin. It's not available yet, but I'm going to talk to my witch doctor (psychiatrist) about combining my existing 100 mg Wellbutrin with Robitussin gel caps. From what I've been able to discern, you don't want to get any extended release Robitussin nor any mix of Acetaminophen or Guaifenesin. I've done the Vyvanse/Wellbutrin combo and found myself getting too tired too often. I don't know... It looks promising.☮♥

Hey! Did this combination work out, could you give a little update? I've been struggling with the same things going through different medications and getting little to no result. Currently, I am taking 300mg of Bupropion and 50mg of Ritalin but I was really curious if Elvanse would work together with Bupropion instead of Ritalin :D It's nice seeing that there are similar people out there :)) Wish you well :)

Muito boa a dica! Eu fiz com a sombra para sobrancelhas, óleo de rícino e acrescentei um pouco de manteiga de cacau. Ficou maravilhoso!!! Super pigmentado e não resseca. Obs: Se por ventura você passar do ponto e ficar muito molhada, basta colocar um pouco de pó translúcido até chegar no ponto que você deseja.😉👌🏻
